A dog's life at the DCC

Our spacious and lovingly landscaped clinic compound is the home to abandoned, not adopted, disabled and sick dogs. They are our "residents". These dogs have faced cruelty, neglect and diseases and therefore, it is our biggest wish to enable them a life in dignity with us.

Our residents live in several smaller packs to guarantee a high hygenical standard and to prevent fights for hierarchy.

Dog hoarding is absolutely no option for us and we keep the number of dogs in each pack as low as possible. On average, we care for 350 to 400 dogs on the clinic compound. Thanks to or Rehome program, our social adoption scheme DCC 50+ and our dog loving employees who all have DCC dogs at home we can treat all of our dogs in a humane way.
