Apollo is one of the many dogs we rescued from the streets of Sri Lanka and have been taken care of "right from the cradle".
By now she is a "young Lady", joined our ReHome Project ...
and enjoyed her life with her foster family.
Like with all our other ReHome dogs we never gave up the responsibility for Apollo (in fullest) - our teams visited Apollo and her foster family and supported them whenever needed.
But Apollo started to develop skin problems more and more often, probably caused by someting in the surrounding of her home. So, sadly, we had to find a different place for her and decided to put her with an experienced DCC 50+ foster mum who does a great job looking after Okara and Starlight. The DCC 50+ Program is our social project for animals and people.
Apollo spent many happy years with her family. In 2024, we sadly had to let her go due to cancer.
