Only five months old, Lolita was dumped in front of our clinic. We found her haggard and without orientation in front of our garage.
Her immune system was very weak and had to be re-build. Eventhough Lolita developed nicely, she still needed her daily medicine. A <link internal-link internal link in current>Rehome was out of sight. Nobody wants to adopt a female grown-up dog.
Due to our limited space we had to find a place for Lolita with one of our <link internal-link internal link in current>DCC 50+ families. In this social project elder, poor locals provide for DCC dogs and receive a monthly pension of 35 Euro per month in return. This is often the only income the elders have.
The DCC still covers medical costs and checks the dogs monthly. This causes additonal costs of approx. 35 Euro per month per dog.
Therefore, Lolita depends on kind sponsors willing to support her and her family.

Sadly, we had to let her cross rainbow bridge due to renal failure beginning of April 2021. We and her family had cared for her many years and she will be missed deeply.
