Ellaria

Name: Ellaria
Breed: Mix
Gender: Female
Age: ca 7 years and 6 months
Neutered/Spayed: Yes
Vaccinated: Yes
DCC dog since: 7 years and 5 months
Description:

Ellaria was brought together with her brother Rickon by tourists from Aluthgama. Upon arrival, the puppies were haggard, dehydrated and covered in parasites.

We gave them a second life and they grew up nicely under our care. Ellaria was lucky to get adopted through our rehome program but she caught demodicosis. After her treatment at the clinic her family didn't take her back.

By that time, Ellaria was too old for a new Rehome and so we put her in our social adoption scheme, the DCC 50+ program. In this program needy people give a loving home to our dogs and  receive a pension in return.

Ellaria has now found a home with a woman whose husband had suddenly passed. She has three children to take care of. Through the DCC 50+ program Ellara has a home AND we can spport the needy family.

Please help us to continue our DCC 50+ program!
