Hamlet is "yet another" dog that started his life as foundling - rescued from a bad fate on the streets of Sri Lanka we nursed him up and were happy when he found ReHome Place.
We continued to watch over him and when the time came we picked up Hamlet for his neutering in the clinic but after that his foster family didn't want to take Hamlet back.
A bad situation, for Hamlet was too used to human company already and "too old" for a new ReHome.
Since we are always short of space we decided with a heavy heart to convey a healthy young dog in our DCC 50+ Program - a social project that provides help for people and animals and that will give Hamlet a safe home.
Hamlet spent many happy years with his new family. Sadly and completely unexpected he died beginning 2024. His family found him dead in the morning. The exact cause is unknown.
Hamlet, we are so glad we were able to provide you with a cared for life! Run free, beloved friend. We will never forget you!
