We found Muffin on our daily search for unspayed dogs. At that time, she was only seven months old but looked like an old dog already. 
Like many other stray dogs Muffin suffered from a severe fungal infection which was never treated. She was tormented by excruciating itching. In addition, she was clearly malnourished. We took Muffin with us and nursed her back to health. Today she is a pretty young dog but unfortunately we won't be able to rehome her. Without her daily Apoquel tablet, Muffin would look like she did upon arrival in no time. At 1.30 Euro per tablet Apoquel - unfortunately - is very expensive. We are therefore urgently looking for sponsors who want to give Muffin a life without itching and skin problems. For the medicine alone, we need almost 40 Euro per month.
Update July 2023: Muffin was still a young dog when she was diagnosed with cancer. The cancer was already advanced and Muffin left us way too early.
