Dori & Blondie

Name: Dori & Blondie
Breed: Mix
Gender: Female
Neutered/Spayed: Yes
Vaccinated: Yes
DCC dog for: 9 years and 7 months
Description:

Blondie and her puppy Dori were "Findlings" from one of our Daily Tours around the Yatagalle Temple.

The two were in such a pitifull condition we couldn't help but to take them with us to the clinic....

For the cute Dori we found a ReHome Place soon, but after her last Demodex Treatment
her foster family didn't take her back and so she became yet another DCC Resident...

...and we planned to care for mother Blondie via our Daily Tours again once she was neutered, but Blondie got so used to human company that we conveyed her to our DCC 50+ Program instead.
This program helps both - People and Animals, so Blondie had a good
home there. But then the shock - Blondie got an embolism and in spite of
immediate emergency treatment the left us forever....

Soon, Dori replaced Blondie in the 50+ program, was given a lovely home by her mother's foster family under the supervision of the DCC.

On one of the monthly checks we do at all of our DCC 50+ dogs we noticed, that Dori changed, too her with us to the clinic immediately and on her examination we had to find out, that Dori suffered of severe kidney problems.

A fight for her life began, but not every fight can be won and in July 2019 Dori also left us.....

Run free you 2 darlings - we'll never forget you !
