We couldn't believe our eyes when we found this haggard dog on our daily feeding tour. He was only skin and bones.
We know every dog in the area and so there was no doubt that this poor guy had been dumped by his useless owner.
We started feeding Cemil (a kind sponsor gave him the name) daily but when he got tick fever we had to bring him to the clinic for treatment.
During his time in the clinic he got very used to us and so we couldn't bring him back to the street. He became another Resident and - as "Office Jester" - a very good friend of our beloved Modo.
But the negligence of his owner took its toll, sicknesses broke through frequently and in January 2018 Cemil left us much too early - Run free dear friend, we'll never forget you !
