Froggy is an unlucky fellow and has made many bad experiences in his life.
We found him on one of our tours in the area. He was alone on the streets of Sri Lanka.
Thanks to our care Froggy developed into a beautiful and healthy pup and in December 2015 he found a place through our ReHome program. But sadly, the luck didn't last for long and his family brought back the cute puppy only two days after adoption. They had lost interest in him...
We were very worried Froggy wouldn't be able to find another ReHome family but in Janury he was adopted again. He had a nice home but when he had to be treated for demodicosis his foster family didn't pick him up after the treatment had finished.
To spare him from the risk of yet another unsuccessful Rehoming we 'bought' him a place in our DCC 50+ program, the social project to help people and animals.
Now, he has found a loving home with a nice poor family we have been known for many years. Of course, we still continue our care for Froggy and provide all medical supervision. His foster family receives a monthly pension from the DCC to be able to feed their furry family member.
The DCC 50+ is a true win-win program but very costly.
Please help us via a sponsorship for Froggy to continue our help for Sri Lanka's dogs and people in need!
