Sudu

Sudu was brought to one of our weekly<link _blank internal-link about the dcc rehome> Neutering- and Treatment Tours by his owner mid of April 2013.

The man was bare-foot, haggard and in rags - one knew on first sight, that he was very poor...

Sudu looked yet worse than his owner and would have never survived the neutering. Marina Möbius decided to take him with us to the clinic immediately. Don't let the picture above fool you - it was taken weeks after admission.

We nursed him up, dewormed, vaccinated and neutered him and after 4 weeks of intensive and loving care the time came to reunite him with his family.
We were hardly able to tell who enjoyed the reunion more - Sudu or his family...

Like to every of <link _blank internal-link dcc rehome>our ReHome Families the first weekly support was handed over and from now on Sudu and his family will be visted and supported by one of our team members on a weekly base.

Sadly, after many happy years under our care, Sudu died of old age in 2021. The family has more dogs and so we continue our support for them.

Rest in peace, beloved Sudu!
