We care for a very large number of animals every day. To guarantee a smooth work flow and the best possible care for the animals in need, we employ more than 80 people. Many of our staff have been working for Dog Care Clinic since the early years. We provide secure jobs and pay fair salaries. We also support our team in personal difficulties. We offer opportunities for promotions and also hire people who would not have a chance elsewhere due to their age, gender or educational background. We are one of the largest employers in the south of Sri Lanka.
