Madison’s life almost came to an end when she was hit by a car at just 4 months old, suffering severe, life-threatening injuries.
But thanks to our friends at Best Care in Colombo, this little fighter was given a second chance. An amputation of her hind leg saved her life. After the treatment, however, she couldn’t stay at the clinic, nor could she return to the streets – so Best Care reached out to us for help.
Since her arrival at the DCC at the end of 2024, Madison has made an incredible recovery! We are beyond proud of her.
Yet, despite all her bravery, Madison still has not found a sponsor.
