When we found Bracken on one of <link 25 _blank internal-link "All about the DCC ReHome Program">our Daily Tours</link> he was barely alive - half starved and laced with parasites.....
We nursed him up over long months and he developped tremendously.
But in this long time he got "too old" and so attached to us, that there was no way to find him a family.
We took care of Bracken for more than a decade. In 2024 he sadly passed of old age. Runf ree Bracken. We will never forget you!
