When Marlon - by that time aka Rotan - was brought by his owner he was nothing but skin and bones, affected by massive diarrhea and in a very bad overall condition.
We immediately took him as an in-patient and did everything to save his life....
After less than a month he already gained a 5 kg, became an active dog and blended well into the pack.
Strange enough his owner never got back to us - so we can only assume, that he doesn't want (or can) afford a dog of Marlon's size anymore.
For the same reason, there would be no ReHome for Marlon - but - we got too attached to him anyway...
...so Marlon became another Resident. Our "gentle Giant" grew to the heart of every Team member and was the only one lucky enough to get a full sponsorship by a generous animal lover.
We spent so many happy years with Marlon till he got very sick in October 2019 and - in spite of all efforts - left us forever....
