Like many hundreds of her comrades Maybe was rescued as a pup from the streets of Sri Lanka.
We nursed her up and she became a wonderful healthy dog.
Still no ReHome Place could be found for Maybe.
Simply because she has had the "Color of the Strays" Maybe was another dog nobody wants....
...so we decided to convey Maybe in our DCC 50+ Program, the Social Project to help people and animals.
Now Maybe had a safe home, but every DCC 50+ spot also means ongoing additional costs. The dogs are regularly visited by us and receive free medical care. The kind foster families in the DCC 50+ program also receive financial support from us.
After many wonderful years together, we had to say goodbye to our Maybe in September 2025.
