One of our employees was informed about a dog which was roaming the streets unoriented. People started throwing stones at him. Of course we brought the poor guy to safety!
In the clinic, we encountered that the poor guy was almost blind. Ray Charles, was we named him, probably is yet another abandoned owner dog - dumped when he started turning blind and became a "burden" to his owner.
Due to his disability Ray Charles never found a ReHome place and so he spent many happy years at the DCC. In November 2024 he sadly passed of old age.
