Alicia is another pedigree dog that was dumped her owners - thrown away like garbage. After the first veterinary examination, we knew why: Alicia not only suffers from babesiosis, but also has liver insufficiency. But instead of taking responsibility for the pet, the young dog was simply thrown out on the street. It is quite possible that Alicia was bought for breeding purposes and is now no longer of any use due to her illness.
With us, the Rottweiler not only gets the medical help she needs, but also the attention she deserves. She will not have to produce puppies, but will be allowed to live a happy dog's life. Due to her liver damage, she will always be dependent on our help though.
