An adult Ridgeback male normally weighs around 40kg. Luca weighed only 25kg when he was brought to us. An adult Ridgeback is powerful and strong. Luca was barely able to stand and was more dead than alive.
Luca is an owner dog and we are really at a loss for words. Luca's condition was extremely critical. He was completely malnourished, suffered from severe diarrhea and bad maggot wounds.
It was a long and difficult road but Luca has made it!
