Rocky was found as a stray on the street.
He was severely underweight and had several eczemas that caused him unbearable itching. Rocky’s immune system had been weakened by the many years of harsh survival on the streets of Sri Lanka.
We lovingly nursed the poor guy back to health and provided him with medical care.
Rocky stayed in the Cow Area of the Dog Care Clinic for quite some time and was eventually placed through our DCC50+ program with a local family in need, who now give him a loving forever home.
However, our responsibility does not end with the adoption! In return, we provide Rocky’s family with a monthly pension, carry out regular follow-up visits, and ensure his medical care – free of charge and for his entire life.
Rocky is hoping for loving sponsors who can help us support him and his family.
