Zibu was only two years old when she became too "tiring" for her owner. He just dumped her on the street. We found the poor dog about 100 meters from the clinic. She was lost. Her condition was terrible.
She obviously hadn't had enough food and medical attention in her life. She was full of parasites, malnourished and positive for babesiosis and demodicosis. We would have done all the treatments for free, but the owner chose to dispose of Zibu. We took her in and immediately started the treatments she needed. Even after recovery, we still want to take care of Zibu.
