At the end of the shift a staff member found this haggard, halfstarved dog on his way home.
Without a second thought she was "picked up" and brought back to the clinic by a TukTuk => thus her name TukTuk
It took us a long time to nurse her up and we were so happy, when she found a "Happy ReHome".
But during a ReHome check up in March '14 at the DCC we had to notice, that TukTuk might get blind - we have been fighting for her eye-sight ever since. By now, we estimate her vision to be 10% of what it used to be.
So there was no way for TukTuk to return to ReHome and she spent many happy years at DCC. In May 2021 she sadly passed away.
