Like so many puppies, Alpha's second life began in a box in front of our clinic. She was abandoned along with two siblings. For pups like Alpha, we're the only hope!
We took the three little ones in with us and although their condition seemed good at first glance, they were not healthy. One of the puppies died despite our efforts, but Alpha and her sister fought through.
Frightened puppies have now become confident dogs and Alpha was very fortunate to be adopted by our co-worker Bandula. She now leads a carefree life with him and of course we visit her monthly.
Alpha got her name from her first sponsor.
