Feebs was found alone on the street – injured, exhausted, and with a large wound on his ear. Our team didn’t hesitate for a moment and brought the poor fellow straight to the clinic.
Here, it turned out that his wound was not only badly infected but also infested with maggots, and he was suffering from a painful skin rash as well. We can hardly imagine the pain Feebs must have endured. The wound was immediately and carefully cleaned and treated – and step by step, Feebs began to recover.
His body bears the marks of a long life, and so we decided not to let him go again. Although our space and financial resources are already stretched to the limit, Feebs will stay with us. Here at the clinic, he has blossomed into a cheerful, playful, and affectionate senior who enjoys life a little more every day.
