Our team discovered this female dog on the street. She had a wound all around her neck, likely caused by a rope or chain. It was clear that she had once had an owner who kept her chained – a sad, common reality in this country. When the chain caused this wound, they simply threw their dog onto the street. Absolutely cruel!
We were able to save Freya's life. Today, only a scar remains as a reminder of her terrible past.
