Jedida

Name: Jedida
Breed: Mix
Gender: Female
Age: ca 2 years and 9 months
Neutered/Spayed: Yes
Vaccinated: Yes
DCC dog since: 9 months
Description:

Jedida was found together with her mother and her four siblings by our catcher team on the grounds of a school. It quickly became clear that the small family could not remain there: schoolchildren and a highly stressed mother dog are not a good combination, and the situation also posed a serious danger to the puppies. For this reason, we immediately took the mother dog and her five puppies into our care.

Sadly, one of the siblings passed away a short time later. Jedida, however, developed very well and was rehomed as a young dog through our ReHome program. Unfortunately, fate was not kind to her, and shortly thereafter Jedida contracted babesiosis.

We are now monitoring her closely in her new home and hope that her health condition will allow her to remain there permanently.

Jedida is now hoping for kind people who will support her through a sponsorship.
