Malea was found completely emaciated and half-starved outside the gates of the Dog Care Clinic. Unfortunately, we can not determine whether she once had a home or had already been living on the streets for some time. However, Malea is exceptionally friendly towards people. We therefore suspect that she is one of the many dogs whose owners eventually grew tired of them and simply abandoned them on the streets.
Thankfully, despite her frighteningly poor condition, Malea was not yet so weak that she could not eat. Quite the opposite: from the very beginning, this sweet girl had a healthy appetite. With lots of love, nutritious food and the medical care she needed, we were gradually able to help her regain her strength. Malea has been living with us at the clinic ever since. Here, she has found a safe place where she is allowed to stay. We are giving her a forever home and making sure that she has everything she needs.
However, Malea is still looking for kind-hearted people who would like to support her ongoing care.
