Pongo

Name: Pongo
Breed: Mix
Gender: Female
Age: ca 2 years and 2 months
Neutered/Spayed: Yes
Vaccinated: Yes
DCC dog since: 2 years and 1 month
Description:

According to local residents, little Pongo lost her mother in a fire. As if that weren't bad enough, Pongo has also suffered injuries and, from malnutrition and a fungal infection.

Tourists found her, took her with them and lovingly cared for her until the day of departure drew near. They contacted us and promised to contribute to the treatment and boarding costs. Pongo was extremely lucky to meet these two dedicated people!

In the clinic, little Pongo took our hearts by storm. More than once we feared for her life, but she actually made it and now she will leave her bad past behind. She can enjoy life and we were happy to get her adopted through our DCC 50+ program. She now lives with a family close to the clinic. Since the family is in financial need we support them with a monthly pension in return for taking care of Pongo. It is a win-win situation!

We will take care of Pongo for the rest of her life and therefore we are urgently looking for dear sponsors for her.
