Rickon

Name: Rickon
Breed: Mix
Gender: Male
Neutered/Spayed: Yes
Vaccinated: Yes
Description:

Rickon and his sister Ellaria were brought to us by tourists from Aluthgama. On arrival the puppies were malnourished, dehydrated and covered with parasites.

We gave them a second life and they grew well under our care. Ellaria found a place through our <link 26#360 - internal-link "Opens internal link in current window">Rehome scheme</link> but nobody was interested in Rickon.

Time passed by and Rickon grew too old for a "normal" Rehome and was put in our <link 50#347 - internal-link "Opens internal link in current window">DCC 50+ adoption program</link>. Through the DCC 50+ program we find FURever homes for our Resident dogs and help old and needy people - every 50+ partner receives a monthly pension. As like with every "normal" ReHome dog the DCC 50+ Program also includes all medical care and frequent check-ups.

Sadly, Rickon didn't feel good at his new place and eventually, even started losing weight. We decided to take him back and keep him at the clinic.

Please support us, so we can continue our care for Rickon!
