Sayena was brought to our clinic after a serious accident, suffering from a deep, gaping wound on her abdomen.
She had only recently given birth to four tiny puppies – and we were deeply concerned that, in her condition, she might no longer be able to care for them. Although we were able to suture her wound, the constant nursing made proper healing almost impossible. For weeks, we feared for the life of this brave young mother.
In the midst of Sayena’s struggle to recover, the condition of her puppies also began to deteriorate. Despite all our efforts, we were only able to save one of them – three puppies did not survive. Only little Ginny, a small female pup, made it through.

Today, we look back with great relief on what Sayena and Ginny have overcome. Through our 50+- program, both have found a loving home. Like all the animals in our care, they receive lifelong free medical treatment from us. However, to ensure this continued support, we rely on the help of dedicated sponsors.
