Labradors like Silas are perfect family dogs. Unfortunately, that didn't protect him from being chained. Silas is one of countless pedigree dogs that are bought as puppies because owners think it makes them look cooler. Silas led a sad existence on the chain and over time it caused serious injuries to his neck. As if all this wasn't bad enough, the poor guy was simply abandoned. We found him on the street with his bad wound!
Silas is now safe with us and has settled in quickly. He has a very lovable character and so we hope he will find many sponsors!
