Zampa was squeezed into a narrow box along with her puppies and abandoned on the night in front of our clinic. These puppies were surely the result of an unspayed female dog. We took in the siblings and cared for them.
When Zampa was four months old, she was adopted, and we were overjoyed. However, the happiness didn’t last long, as Zampa was returned to us the very next day. The reason: she tried to break free from her chain. Unbelievable! Given this, we are just relieved that Zampa is back with us. No dog deserves a life on a chain!
As a brown female dog, Zampa has very poor adoption prospects, so she will likely stay with us forever or move to our DCC 50+ program as an adult dog. Therefore, we are urgently looking for sponsors who can accompany Zampa on her journey.
