We found Emmentaler on one of <link _blank internal-link about the dcc rehome>our Daily Tours in November 2011. He was injured, very shy and had likely experienced very bad things....
We nursed him up and in spite of his age he was lucky enough to find <link _blank internal-link about the dcc rehome>a ReHome Family - we continue our care for Emmentaler via that project until he died of renal failure in 2020. We will miss him but are happy we were able to give him so many carefree years.
