We found Martak by coincidence, when we brought <link record:tx_kbdogsponsor:tx_kbdogsponsor_domain_model_dog:143>Sudu back to his owners....
Martak was in a pitiful condition, too and we took him with us immediately.
Martak was very afraid, thus a little agressive - but when we put the first bowl in front of him he really guzzled all down to the last bite.
We nursed him up, dewormed, vaccinated and neutered Martak like we did for Sudu - but most of all we had to cure his mange. After a few weeks of "intensive care" Martak recovered most nicely....
...soon he'll be re-united with his family.

Martak was happy and - like with every dog in ReHome - our task didn't end here at all.
We continued to care and support Martak, Sudu and his family on a regular base for many years.
Sadly, Martak suffered fatal injuries in an accident in June 2020 and passed.
