Guwani's life certainly started on the streets of Sri Lanka. We were informed about her when she was 6 months old. Weak and exhausted, she was found near a Buddhist temple. Countless worshippers had carelessly walked past her. Buddhists who simply ignored the little dog's suffering. When someone finally took pity on Guwani and brought her to us, she was already in a critical condition.
We are now fighting for Guwani's life, giving her love, care and the treatment she needs. We very much hope that she will make it and will soon be walking around our clinic grounds with full strength and vitality.
