We've been taking care of Truth since she was a puppy. Together with three siblings she was abandoned in front of our garage. The puppies were about two months old.
We took the siblings in and nursed them back to health. Unfortunately, as a brown female dog, Truth never found a home and so we had to find a place for her on the clinic grounds.
Since she did not feel comfortable in any of our packs, we eventually included her in our DCC50+ program. Truth has found a loving home with elderly locals in need. We regularly check to ensure she is doing well, and in return her adoptive family receives a small monthly pension from us. Of course, we also cover all costs for Truth’s medical care - for her entire life!
