We were quite amazed, when we found Doris with her 6 pups in front of our gate...
... in spite of the permanent lack of space we didn't hesitate a second to take the family in.
Doris recovered well and at the beginning, it also looked good for her pups, so we thought all six of them would make it to reach their ReHome age.
Unfortunately, despite all of our efforts, the neglect by the previous owner took its toll and we couldn't save all of them. The surviving puppies are now in our ReHome program but please keep in mind - DCC care is life-time care, each pup in our DCC ReHome Program gets free medical care. Mommy Doris, a grown up brown female dog, has no chance to find a foster home, so we have to finance a DCC 50+ Place for her.
